 Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm with an hour lunch

Saturdays as per Branch rota with a day off in lieu

 The Lettings Negotiator Role

Whether you are an experienced lettings negotiator looking for a fresh challenge with a company which recognises and rewards its staff for their hard work, or new to the industry but have a proven track record in sales, this could be the best move you make.

 In this role, you will be required to carry out in-house and outside appointments, therefore having your own car and a clean Driving licence is essential. As a Negotiator, your duties will be varied from registering potential tenants, arranging their viewings, conducting the viewings and negotiating the let with the landlord. Other duties include driving new business through new landlord attraction exercises, networking and archive targeting.  Face to face and telephone contact makes this role ideal for those that like meeting people in addition to having a sales talent.

 The Skills you’ll need

You have worked in a commission-based sales environment and you can deliver impressive levels of customer service.    Knowledge of the local area / property market is preferable but not essential.

 In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT literacy
  • Resilience and the ability to make the most of any opportunity
  • That you have a Full driving licence and own a car
