Answering colleagues’ queries, managing payments and debt recovery, you’ll also oversee complaints, celebrating good reviews and managing negative feedback in a positive way. It’s a diverse role that requires an organised and confident approach. So to be successful here you’ll need to be friendly, helpful, honest and professional.
Our busy Customer Support department is home to a dynamic team who rely on efficient systems and processes to enable them to deliver the best customer service possible.
