We encourage our people to build on their skills where their passions lie, building out their knowledge in their specialist area or making a sideways move cross-functionally, for example from Estate Agency into Lettings & Management. People are encouraged to take advantage of promotional opportunities, supported by on-going training and development.

Trainee Lettings Negotiator

If you’re interested in property and love working with people, we’ll give you everything else you need to succeed in lettings. That includes a full induction, on-the-job training (the best way to learn) and structured development. Throughout, you’ll be helped and supported by your colleagues in branch.
