Working in Tenancy Support

Tenancy Support works with the Lettings & Management branch network to administer all parts of the process, from Tenant application through to move in and ensuring full legal compliance. That includes:

  • Liaising between all parties involved to ensure the let proceeds accordingly
  • Supporting Landlords to ensure all legal requirements are fulfilled and relevant documentation provided
  • Obtaining full references, monies and a fully compliant Tenancy Agreement before authorising key release to Branch.

Lettings & Property Co-ordinator

From telephone enquiries to issuing offer packs for agreed lets, you’ll take care of all the administration that enables excellent customer service. That will include making up files, carrying out credit checks, issuing tenancy agreements, updating reports and making sure things move along efficiently. You’ll do it all with a friendly, helpful, honest and professional approach. It’s a diverse role that requires you to know current lettings standards and regulations but, don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re up to speed and give you all the training and support you need to develop an interesting and enjoyable career.
