To be a success you do need to be prepared to work hard both independently and within a team.
I chose Andrews due to their reputation, size, integrity and links to charitable trusts.
When people ask what I do, I tell them my job is talking to people, striving to give them the best advice for the sale or purchase of what is usually their biggest asset and always a major event in their life.
The days at Andrews are always varied, with my job role consisting of working and managing a close team, valuing an eclectic variety of properties, as well as meeting different people every day.
Working up from Trainee Negotiator to Assistant Branch Manager within four years.
Starting at the bottom with no property knowledge, but by working hard and focusing, I have got to where I want to be.
Andrews training covers every necessary aspect of your journey, from new starter through to management courses. The trainers are unrivalled in the way they conduct themselves and guide you through the courses.
The ethics that Andrews adheres to are fantastic and the charitable trust embodies the way we work and what we offer to our customers. It helps build the trust that we hope brings customers back whenever they are thinking of moving, renting or re-mortgaging.
To be a success you do need to be prepared to work hard both independently and within a team. Being a people person and willing to go the extra mile for the customer brings with it its own rewards.
If you’re prepared to work hard, on your own and within a team, able to listen and learn from the great training that is given, the opportunities for progression within the company are there for anyone person to take.
