    Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you listing property, assisting negotiations and guiding sales to completion.

  • Sales Valuer - Multiple Locations

    As a Valuer you will measure and value properties taking full and accurate particulars, paying particular attention to the validity of extras to be included in the asking price. 

  • Senior/Lettings Negotiator - Multiple Locations

    Locations: Bishopston, Reigate, Balham, Barnet

    Here you’ll play a lead role in getting and letting properties, as well as encouraging clients to take advantage of our complete portfolio of property services.

  • Assistant Business Manager - Multiple Locations

    Locations: Downend, Worcester Park, Streatham, Leckhampton

    Assisting the Business Manager in motivating the team and ensuring the smooth running of the branch, you’ll bring a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient approach to getting properties and generating sales. It’s a busy, dynamic role that will also see you go beyond ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.

  • Tenancy Support Coordinator - Remote

    A remote based position administering tenancy agreements whilst liaising with all involved parties, ensuring a fast and efficient service is met.

  • Mortgage and Protection Advisor - Multiple Locations

    Locations: Keynsham, Streatham, Gloucester, Morden

    Our diverse mortgage teams offer a wide range of expertise and advice. As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser you will be responsible for maximising all new business opportunities generated for potential applicants, buyers and sellers, identifying business prospects and adhering to compliance.

  • New Homes Sales Manager

    Location: Oxfordshire and Surrey

    As a Sales Manager within our New Homes area you will be responsible for winning, marketing and selling new homes across all developments, being maned, unmanned and off plan.

     

     

  • Property Manager - Remote

    Location: Bristol, Oxfordshire, Surrey

    A fully remote based Property Manager manages a portfolio of residential properties, dealing with End of Tenancies, Maintenance/Contractors and Renewals. Your job will be to ensure a high level of servce is upheld at all times and the landlord/tenant experience is thorough, efficient and seamless.
