Branch Manager

Setting the pace in your branch, you’ll lead by example as you inspire, motivate and coach your team to deliver the kind of customer service we have developed a unique reputation for. So while you’ll be targeted on branch performance and sales, your real key indicator of success will be maintaining a friendly, helpful and supportive office culture where customers and callers enjoy a warm welcome and excellent service. Also key to your role will be overseeing the efficient management of valuations, listings and sales, promoting Andrews as the sole agency of choice and ensuing valuations and descriptions are honest and accurate. As well as managing branch marketing in line with company guidelines, you’ll also be encouraged to share your ideas and identify opportunities to stimulate sales and growth.

Passionate about property, you’re an industry professional looking for fresh challenge with an industry leader. As well as excellent estate agency – and ideally local – knowledge, you’ll know and understand the nuts and bolts of selling houses, industry regulations, and how to lead a united team to success. Above and beyond excellent organisational and financial management skills, you’ll be a people person who shares our belief that passion for customer service is what drives success. 

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • Experience in an estate agency environment preferably as a Branch Manager 
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities in estate agency and cross sell across the business
  • Excellent track record in estate agency, sales and valuing
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and coach others
  • Preferably knowledge of the local property market
  • The will to ensure all legal and company standards are met
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
  • Full driving licence essential
