In this highly collaborative role, you’ll take the lead on delivering a HR service across the our Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire network that helps and supports our people to deliver commercial success and fulfill their professional potential. That includes administering our HR processes and practices to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet our business needs, minimizing potential employee relations issues by achieving best practice and working in partnership with managers to get the best out of our people. You’ll also work closely with the Head of HR and wider team to develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies that meet our business aims.
With experience in a similar role and environment, you’re ready to step up into a more high profile role. As well as excellent interpersonal skills, your professional experience will include handling disciplinary and performance issues, coaching and a commercial focus on applying best practice. Whether already CIPD qualified or working towards it, you’ll also bring a proactive, flexible approach and be eager to pursue your own professional development. This role requires travel and some overnight stays across the region.
