  • Induction

    The Induction Programme is designed to ensure everyone is comfortable and confident to hold meaningful conversations with our customers.

    Whether the conversation is about our charitable heritage and the work we do in the community, or advice on selling, letting, buying or renting, the Induction Programme equips individuals to help our customers move into the property they like and stay there for as long as they want to.    

    Our staff are trained to offer our customers a range of comprehensive service solutions that will make their move as easy as possible – this could be advice about mortgages, conveyancing or survey requirements.

    New starters are given the tools to use our IT systems and an understanding of important policies, procedures and legislation.

  • Every Day Development

    Our teams benefit from constant development opportunities, in-branch, every day. Senior team members will support you via observation and direction, consolidating learning in the classroom. For example, Valuations theory is taught in the classroom and then practically on the job by shadowing.

  • External Training

    Depending on your role and experience, you may be offered specific and bespoke training provided by our training partners.

  • Professional Memberships

    Depending on the role, business need and your ambitions, we’ll support you with materials to gain entry to the professional body and with your membership.

    We work in partnership with Propertymark Qualifications, the UK’s specialist awarding organisation, to offer national, industry recognised qualifications including ARLA, NAEA, NAVA, ICBA, APIP and NFoPP Awarding Body.

    These are all relevant, tailored, specific qualifications that meet industry requirements, reinforce industry standards and offer the opportunity to enter into the property industry or continue your career and professional development.

  • Apprenticeships

    Our Apprenticeship standards allow for application to Propertymark, the UK’s specialist awarding organisation that now combines ARLA, NAEA, NAVA, ICBA, APIP and NFoPP Awarding Body into a single brand.

    All are relevant, tailored qualifications that meet industry requirements, reinforce industry standards and offer the opportunity for continuous professional development.
